Riding on Bicycles; Penalty
View official PDF ↗(a)A person propelling a bicycle or bicycle equipped with a motor shall not ride other than upon or astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereon.
(b)No bicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped, however, no more than one
(1)person shall ride a bicycle equipped with a motor at a time.
(c)No person less than fifteen
(15)years of age shall operate a bicycle equipped with a motor.
(d)Any person who violates the provisions of Subsections (a),
(b)or
(c)of this Section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
