Passengers on Motorcycles
View official PDF ↗It is unlawful for an operator of a motorcycle on a highway to carry any other person thereon, except on a seat securely fastened to the machine in the rear of the operator and provided with foot rests and hand grips or in a side car attached to a motorcycle and designed for the purpose of carrying a passenger. Not more than one
(1)passenger shall be carried on a motorcycle.
