Driver Education: Limitations

(a)A student permit shall entitle the student to operate a motor vehicle only at such times as the student is taking driver training instruction in connection with a Driver Education Program, and then only a the direction and under the supervision of the instructor, and shall be valid only for the period covered by the course and for not more than one

(1)year from the date of issuance.

(b)Any holder driving in violation of the limitations of a student permit shall be punished in the same manner as if he had no license or permit to drive whatsoever.
