Records

(a)The TTNC shall maintain:

(1)individual prearranged ride records for at least two

(2)years from the date each ride was provided; and

(2)individual records of TTNC drivers for at least two

(2)years after the driver’s relationship with the TTNC driver has ended.

(b)A TTNC driver shall not use or disclose a TTNC rider’s personal identifiable information to a third party unless the rider

(1)consents;

(2)disclosure is required by court order; or

(3)disclosure is required to investigate violations of the Transportation/Taxicab Network Company Services Act.
