Resignation of Guardian

Any guardian may resign when it appears proper to allow it; and upon the resignation or removal of a guardian, the court may appoint COL120106 CH. 45 SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND RESIGNATION another in his place, after notice and a hearing as in the case of an original appointment.
