View official PDF ↗Orders and decrees made by the Superior Court of Guam in probate proceedings need not recite the existence of facts, or the performance of acts, upon which the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Guam may depend, but it is only necessary that they contain the matters ordered or adjudged, except as otherwise provided by this Title.
Reconstructed from the Guam Code Annotated. For the authoritative version, see the official PDF.
