Administration of Trust in Guam; Law Governing

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 15 — Estates and Probate

Any trust transferred to Guam pursuant to the provisions of this Article shall be administered in the same manner as if the trust had been subject to supervision in Guam from the time of its creation.
