Setting Petition for Hearing; Notice; Opposition
View official PDF ↗Upon the filing of the petition referred to in Section 3359 of this Title, the Clerk of the Superior Court shall set the petition for hearing, and notice of the hearing shall be given in the manner provided in Section 3401 of this Title, at least thirty
(30)calendar days prior to the time set for the hearing. The petitioner, at least thirty
(30)calendar days prior to the time set for the hearing, shall cause to be sent, by registered mail, to each of the persons named in the petition, at their respective mailing addresses therein stated, or to be served personally upon each such person, a copy of the notice of hearing. Any person interested in the trust, either as trustee, beneficiary, or otherwise, may appear and file written grounds in opposition to the petition.
