Notice and Hearing; Notice to Persons Named in Petition; Opposition
View official PDF ↗Upon the filing of the petition referred to in Section 3345 of this Title, the Clerk of the Superior Court shall set the same for hearing, and notice of such hearing shall be given as provided in Section 3401 of this Title, at least thirty
(30)calendar days before the time set for the hearing. The petitioner, at least thirty
(30)calendar days prior to the time so set for hearing, shall cause to be sent, by registered mail, to each of the persons named in the petition, at their respective mailing addresses therein stated, a copy of such notice, or the petitioner shall cause a copy of such notice to be personally served upon each of the persons named in the petition. Any person interested in the trust, either as a trustee, beneficiary, or otherwise, may appear and file written grounds of opposition thereto.
