Setting Aside Estates Under One Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars

($112,500): Notice of Hearing; Proceedings Included in Petition for Letters. If the allegations and prayer as provided in § 3111 of this Title are included in the petition for letters testamentary, letters of administration with the will annexed or letters of administration, the notice of hearing shall include a statement that a prayer for setting aside the estate to the surviving spouse or minor child or minor children, as the case may be, is included in the petition.
