Partition Before Distribution: Allotment by Court; Effect;

Review. The allotment made by the Superior Court in a proceeding for partition as described in this Chapter shall control upon proceedings for distribution, unless modified for good cause upon reasonable notice, and the proceedings leading to such allotment may be reviewed upon appeal from the decree of distribution.
