COL120106 CH. 29 ADVANCEMENTS, ADEMPTION, PARTITION BEFORE DISTRIBUTION The expenses of a partition provided by this Chapter shall be equitably apportioned by the Superior Court among the parties, but each party must pay his own attorney's fees. The amount charged to each party shall constitute a lien on the property allotted to him.
