Claims Presented to Personal Representative: Procedure
View official PDF ↗When a claim is presented to the personal representative before filing, the personal representative must endorse thereon his allowance or rejection, with the date thereof. If the personal representative allows the claim, it must be presented to a judge of the Superior Court for approval, who must in the manner provided in Section 2529 of this Title endorse upon it his approval or rejection and, if approved, it must be filed with the Clerk of the Superior Court within thirty
(30)calendar days thereafter.
