Claims of a Judge; Procedure
View official PDF ↗If a judge of the Superior Court files or presents a claim against the estate of a decedent, the administration of which is pending before him, and the personal representative allows the claim, such judge must designate, in writing, another judge of the Superior Court who, upon the presentation of such claim to him, is vested with the power to approve or COL120106 CH. 25 PRESENTATION AND PAYMENT OF CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE reject it. In case of its rejection by the personal representative, or by such designated judge, the claimant has the same right to sue for its recovery as other persons whose claims are rejected.
