Notice of Hearing Petition
View official PDF ↗When the petition referred to in Section 2401 or the petition referred to in Section 2409(a) of this Title is filed, the Clerk of the Superior Court of Guam shall set it for hearing, and notice thereof shall be given in the manner provided in Section 3401 of this Title.
