When a petition for letters of administration is filed, the Clerk of the Superior Court of Guam shall set the same for hearing by the Superior COL120106 Ch. 18 APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATORS Court of Guam upon some day not fewer than twenty

(30)calendar days after the date of filing, and notice thereof shall be given in the manner provided in Section 3401 of this Title.
