Discretion of Court to Grant Letters of Administration to

Guardian of Minor or Incompetent, or to Other Person. If a person otherwise entitled to a grant of letters of administration is a minor or an incompetent person, letters of administration may be granted to his guardian, or to any other person entitled to a grant of letters of administration, in the discretion of the Superior Court of Guam.
