Escheat of Tangible Personal Property, Wherever Located

COL120106 CH. 12 ESCHEAT All tangible personal property owned by the decedent, wherever located at the decedent's death, that was customarily kept in Guam prior to the decedent's death, escheats to the Government of Guam in accordance with the provisions of Section 1201 of this Title.
