Applicability

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 14 — Uniform Consumer Credit Code

This Article applies to persons making consumer credit sales, consumer leases or consumer loans, payable in installments, to which COL070307 CH. 6 ADMINISTRATION this Title applies (§ 1201), and persons taking assignments of obligations arising from these sales, leases or loans, other than assignments in bulk as security for loans.
