Loan Finance Charge for Other Loans

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 14 — Uniform Consumer Credit Code

With respect to a loan other than a consumer loan or a loan for which loan finance charge ceilings are set by § 3602 (certain loans to COL120106 CH. 3 LOANS individuals), the parties may contract for the payment by the debtor of any loan finance charge agreed in writing. ---------- COL120106
