Regular Schedule of Payments; Maximum Loan Term

(1)Regulated loans payable in installments in which the principal is COL120106 CH. 3 LOANS One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), or less, shall be repayable in substantially equal installments which shall be payable at equal periodic intervals, except as may be requested by the debtor by reason of fluctuations in his income because of the nature of his occupation. Regulated loans in which the principal is One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), or less, shall be scheduled to be payable over a period of not more than thirty-six months
