Credit Service Charge for Other Sales

With respect to a sale other than a consumer credit sale or a sale described in Subsection

(1)of § 2602 (certain sales to individuals), the parties may contract for the payment by the buyer of credit service charge agreed to in writing. ---------- COL120106
