Same: Consumer Lease

(1)Consumer lease means a lease of goods which a lessor, regularly engaged in the business of leasing, makes to a person, other than an or- COL120106 CH. 2 CREDIT SALES ganization, who is taking under the lease primarily for a personal, family, household or agricultural purpose.

(2)Consumer lease does not include a lease in which the lessor allows the lessee to lease goods pursuant to a credit card or similar arrangement.
