Renunciation by Debtor--Basis of Validity

No renunciation or modification by the debtor of any of his rights under this chapter as to consumer goods shall be valid or enforceable unless the renunciation or modification is in consideration of a waiver by the secured party of any right to a deficiency on the debt. ---------- COL070307
