Limitations on Scope of Division

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 13 — Uniform Commercial Code

(1)This division does not apply to money, documents of title or investment securities.

(2)The provisions of this division are subject to the provisions of the division on bank deposits and collections (Division 4) and secured transactions (Division 9).
