Definitions

(a)Bureau means the Guam Visitors Bureau.
(b)Board means the Board of Directors of the Bureau.
(c)General Manager means the General Manager of the Bureau.
(d)Director means a member of the Board.
(e)Member means a member of the Bureau.
(f)Employees means employees of the Bureau.
