Accounts to be Maintained Separately
View official PDF ↗COL05272011 CH. 81 GEDCA TOBACCO SETTLEMENT REVENUE BOND ACT All funds and accounts of the Authority established pursuant to this Chapter shall be held and maintained separately from all other funds, properties, assets and accounts of the Authority, the government and its other agencies.
