School Operations to Continue
View official PDF ↗Pursuant to § 77403(a) of this Article, when approving a project, the Superintendent of the Department of Education must ensure that regular school operations, to the greatest extent possible, are not affected by the construction, development, upgrading, repair or maintenance of a gymnasium.
