Environmental Impact Study
View official PDF ↗The Guam Environmental Protection Agency is hereby directed to carefully study, determine and then report to the Legislature the full scope of the adverse environmental impact of unclean, unsafe military hazardous waste dump sites following a study to be performed under COL120106 CH. 74 LANDOWNER’S RECOVERY FUND funds to be provided by agreement with the Authority. The Authority is authorized to use funds appropriated in this Chapter or earned by the Authority from industrial parkland rentals or other operations for this purpose.
