Easements and Rights-Of-Way
View official PDF ↗The Authority is authorized to grant to private landowners or otherwise create such easements and rights-of-way across Lot No. P04.1, Machanao, as in its discretion are required to increase the use and enjoyment and facilitate the development of private property adjacent to Lot No. P04.1, Machanao.
