Land Claimants List

Any appraiser who is owed money by land claimants shall file a list of such land claimants and the amount of the debt with the Authority. Such statements shall be confidential except that the Authority may COL120106 CH. 74 LANDOWNER’S RECOVERY FUND inform a land claimant who makes application under this Chapter of the amount claimed from such applicant by the Appraiser.
