Transfer of Funds
View official PDF ↗Any money remaining in the Land Claims Loan Revolving Fund established under 12 GCA Chapter 72 (P.L. 16-111, Chapter II, Section 21) shall be transferred to the Landowner’s Recovery Fund established by this Chapter.
