Appropriation
View official PDF ↗The sum of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($220,000) is appropriated from the General Fund to the Landowner’s Recovery Fund for the uses specified in this Chapter. Additionally, there is authorized to be appropriated by legislative enactment Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($495,000) from the General Fund to the Landowner’s Recovery Fund for the uses specified in this Chapter.
