Consideration to Existing Hotels
View official PDF ↗The Board shall exercise its powers with respect to this Article so as to promote the construction of new hotels, the expansion of existing hotels, and the construction of tourist facilities in an orderly manner and with due regard being given to the profitability of existing hotels and tourist facilities.
