GEDA to Promote Additional Hotels and Tourist Facilities

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 12 — Autonomous Agencies

The Corporation shall promote the construction of new hotels, the expansion of existing hotels, and the construction of tourist facilities for COL120106 CH. 70 HOTEL DEVELOPMENT the adequate accommodation, amusement of, and service to tourists and other visitors to Guam.
