Use of Other Funds for Mortgage Acquisition

In addition to the proceeds of any bonds issued and sold pursuant to this Chapter, the Board may use for the acquisition of mortgages any available money or funds of the Authority and any money or funds made COL120106 CH. 66 MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS available to the Authority by any person or provided from any sources which may be expended for the accomplishing of the purposes set forth in this Chapter or in this Division.
