Execution and Authentication of Bonds
View official PDF ↗An indenture may provide for the execution and authentication of bonds and coupons by the manual, lithographed or printed facsimile signature of any one or more officers of the Board and by additional authentication by endorsement by the manual signature or a signature stamp of any agent designated as trustee, and for a like impressing of the seal of the Authority. If any officer or agent whose signature, countersignature or endorsement appears upon the bonds or coupons ceases to be an officer or agent before the delivery of the bonds or coupons his signature, countersignature or endorsement is nevertheless valid and of the same force and effect as if he had remained such officer or agent until the delivery of the bonds and coupons.
