Notice of Hearing on Applications

A notice of the public hearing required by § 58124 of this Chapter shall be published at the applicant’s expense in a Guam newspaper of general circulation in a form prescribed by the Authority at least five

(5)days but no more than ten

(10)days before the scheduled public hearing date. The Authority shall take all reasonable precautions in connection with such public hearings to avoid disclosure of proprietary secrets of the applicant. The Authority may schedule additional public hearings as necessary. The Authority CH. 58 QUALIFYING CERTIFICATES meeting for approval or disapproval of a Qualifying Certificate shall not be held on the same day as a public hearing on the same Qualifying Certificate application.
