Transfer to Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all title and interest in the subdivision defined in § 5402 of this Article, is hereby transferred to the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority. The Governor shall, within thirty

(30)days of the passage of this Act, cause the necessary deeds and other papers to be executed and recorded at the Department of Land Management, government of Guam, to reflect the fact that title to said subdivision has been transferred to the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority.
