Instruments of Conveyance; Recordation

Any instrument executed by the Authority, or by the government of Guam, purporting to convey any right, title or interest in any property under this Article, shall be conclusively presumed to have been executed in compliance with this Article insofar as the title or other interest of any bona fide purchaser, lessee or transferee of the property is concerned, and shall be entitled to recordation in the appropriate records or registries COL4122017 CH. 5 GUAM HOUSING AND URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY of the territory of Guam so as to afford actual or constructive notice thereof.
