Use of Trust Proceeds for Interest Free Loans
View official PDF ↗Proceeds from the Trust shall be for Interest Free Loans in participation with an underlying mortgage by GHC. The Interest Free Loans shall be subordinate to the underlying first mortgage by GHC but shall not be subordinate to any other debt or debenture.
