Limitations on Interest Free Loans
View official PDF ↗An Interest Free Loan shall not exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). The total Loan to Value Ratio of the combined GHC loan and the Interest Free Loan shall not exceed Ninety-Five Percent (95%) of the appraised value of the Home.
