Guam Film Office

There is hereby established the Guam Film Office as a division within the Guam Educational Telecommunications Corporation. The Station Manager of the Corporation shall be responsible for the administration of the Guam Film Office and serve as the fiduciary to the Corporation. The Station Manager shall submit a strategic plan to the Board for approval no later than thirty

(30)days after the adoption of rules and regulations. The plan shall be updated every three

(3)years.
