Annual Reports and Audits

The Corporation shall submit to the Governor and the Legislature a detailed annual report of activities and an audited annual financial report. For this purpose, it shall also submit to the Governor and the Legislature, such other special reports as they may require from time to time. The Corporation’s books shall likewise be subject to annual legislative audit as prescribed by law.
