Qualifications of Trustees

The Board members appointed from the general public shall be U.S. citizens, and who have resided on Guam for at least six

(6)months immediately preceding their appointment, who have demonstrated their interest in public television, and who have no direct or indirect interest in commercial broadcasting on Guam.
