Bonds as Legal Investments and as Security for Performance of any Act
View official PDF ↗Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of this Article are legal investments for all trust funds and for the funds of all banks, both commercial and savings, and may be deposited as security for the performance of any act whenever any evidence of indebtedness of Guam may be so deposited and may also be used as security for the deposit of public moneys in banks in Guam.
