Tax Exemptions

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 12 — Autonomous Agencies

Bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of this Article and the interest or income therefrom are exempt from taxation to the extent permitted by the provisions of Section 11 of the Organic Act.
