Execution and Authentication of Bonds
View official PDF ↗An indenture may provide for the execution and authentication of bonds by the manual or facsimile signature of any one or more officers of the Authority and by additional authentication by endorsement by the manual signature or a signature stamp of any one or more officers of the Authority or of any agent designated by the Authority as trustee. If any officer or agent whose signature, countersignature or endorsement appears upon the bonds or coupons ceases to be an officer or agent before the delivery of the bonds or coupons, his signature, countersignature or endorsement is nevertheless valid and of the same force and effect as if he had remained such officer or agent until the delivery of the bonds and coupons.
