Chief Financial Officer

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 12 — Autonomous Agencies

(a)The Board shall appoint a chief financial officer who shall serve at its pleasure. The chief financial officer shall be a Certified Public Accountant.

(b)The Board shall fix the chief financial officer’s compensation. The chief financial officer shall have full charge and control of the fiscal, business and accounting operations of the Authority, subject to the supervision of the Board.
