Governance of Authority

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 12 — Autonomous Agencies

All powers vested in the Authority, except as provided herein, shall be exercised by the Consolidated Commission on Utilities, as established in Chapter 79 of Title 12 of the Guam Code Annotated.
